Ris P
During college, Ris danced on her university’s team and became captain in her second season. Soon after, she achieved a lifelong dream by joining the NBA’s Detroit Pistons dance team, where she performed for five seasons and proudly served as captain for three. In Detroit, she also co-directed Thee Plastic Dollz, a dance crew that allowed her to lead, create, and connect with others through authentic movement and expression.
Ris' professional journey has given her the opportunity to perform for artists including Montell Jordan, Illenium, Slander, Tiësto, Dillon Francis, Glitterbox, Wreckno, Dev, Baby Money, Kash Doll, and more. She's also had the opportunity to take the stage at world renowned festivals like EDC Orlando, Okeechobee Music Festival, and Movement Music Festival. Each performance reminds her how lucky she is to do what she loves — every stage, every rehearsal, every connection fuels her passion even more.
In 2024 she took a leap of faith and moved from Detroit to Miami to pursue dance full-time. It’s been the most transformative and rewarding step in her artistic journey. She's constantly growing, creating, and rediscovering who she is as an artist. Her mission is to keep evolving and to inspire others to chase what sets their soul on fire — because for Ris, dance isn’t just what she does. It’s who she is.
